I love the first beer more than any other beer. Fresh, crisp, friendly, bitter, golden, cold. The photograph below is of the first beer I was about to drink at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Trentham, Victoria at a friend’s birthday celebration last year. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
