This could be a tad boring. But I love photographing faces, particularly unposed. Some of these are from a long time ago; before I was born.

I’m terrible and awkward at taking photos of people, but I love to look at them afterwards. I think they hold much higher value in our photo libraries than anything else. In the few years before my mother passed away, photos were the touchstones that brought back her memories and the stories of the people in her past.
Thanks Michael, you’ve inspired me to put more thought and effort into taking more photos of the people in my life.
… and the photo of you is priceless 🙂

Thanks for the compliment on my wacky teenage photo Joanne.
Remember to take photos of people you love, even if they are irritating you a bit at the moment. It will mean a lot to you, and them, later. Those family photos you’ve added I have really enjoyed. But that’s just me, I enjoy seeing family resemblances.

A very lovely collage of faces- I know most of them. Love looking at faces with smokes too.

Thanks Fran. Ciggies were everywhere in those days. And Kerry was pregnant; we thought nothing of it.
