I have taken photographs since I was 13 years old. It quickly became an obsession after that. When I became supersaturated with it, I would play music. When I tired of music I would return to photographs. Both of them give me great joy amongst other things such as the Australian bush, food and wine, and my family and friends. These pages will be mainly dedicated to what I notice in regions I visit and have visited. I love the Earth and believe we are all so lucky to be part of it. I’d like to show you the bits I love the most. Michael
I really enjoyed looking through your photos … and smiled at the one on the last time you saw snow (1996). I would happily send you some 🙂

Thanks Joanne. Its not strictly true. We had a fluttering here about 10 years ago! It did not settle. I meant real snow; like all over the ground, etc. I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. That’s what it’s all about.

Hi Mick
I hope you don’t mind but I nominated you for a Liebster Blog Award! Here is the link to the nomination if you want to take a look.

No, of course not Ruth, it’s an honour. I don’t know much about awards and Maya’s having her pups right now. I’ll check it later. 🙂

No problem. I look forward to seeing photos of the pups.

My pleasure. Like I said, I think we’re both on the same page with what we love. Cheers.
